Old hard drive crashed--bought new computer. Thunderbird up and running in "imap." (comcast.net) Old computer T-bird was also "imap." Need to find all my old addresses/contacts, and all my saved email files/folders. Understand that they may be on the server. If so, where is the server and how do I access it? Your help is desparately needed and appreciated!

log into the comcast web mail.. that is the server. If they are not thee then the only copies that existed were probably on your hard disk that died.

Do you still have the old computer, or more importantly, its hard disk drive?
