I cannot get rid of a home page that automatically pops up no matter what I attempt to do. How can I remove this webpage from my Firefox sign on?
The following website automatically opens when I access Firefox. This is not a homepage I want and it just showed up. IU cannot get rid of it and have attempted to changed the home page numerous times but when I restart Firefox bang this site appears and I want it gone, please help me get rid of this website forever, thank you! http://www.undefined.com/?uid=undefined&uc=undefined&ap=undefined&source=undefined&page=homepage&implementation_id=email_0.0.12

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
