Every time I stream videos online they blink constantly. How do I fix this?

I have already tried disabling the "enable hardware acceleration" which was already off. I have removed Flash Player and Firefox from my computer and re-downloaded them yet this problem persists. I also cleared my cookies. I don't understand.

I don't want to switch to Chrome because I don't get this problem on Chrome but it keeps getting worse and eventually I'll have to switch browsers. Does anyone know what to do?
