Hi littlemama,
Sorry you are having problems. No it is not because Firefox has anything against Walmart !! Lets see if I can help. I may need a bit more information and/or you will have to try a few simple steps.

  • Are you just saying you are unable to get to their main site. Or do you have an account with Walmart and are unable to use that ?
  • Try this link walmart.com
    • Does that work ? (Here, please do not test using a bookmark)
  • What is the web address you are trying to use ?

It may just be an issue with that particular website being busy, if so just try again. Or it could be an issue with cookies or the cache, in which case clear those.

  1. With no tabs for the site open: Clear cookies for that particular site.
  2. Try to open the site and then use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F5 to refresh the browser cache when that tab is open (Keyboard shortcuts - Perform common Firefox tasks quickly#_navigation)
  3. See also Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can
    • If you do still have problems you tried an alternative browser ?
If so which browser {e.g. Internet Explorer} ? & does that work or not ?
