Your post is marked Android but you posted using an iPad, so let me cover both if I can, and please follow up for more details if needed.
Firefox for Android
Cookies are enabled by default, but some cookies may be blocked by tracking protection. More info:
- Enable or disable cookies on Firefox for Android
- Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for Android
Firefox for iOS
On iOS, Firefox accepts and sends cookies, and I do not see any settings to modify that. Perhaps that will be added in the future, depending on what Apple allows (Firefox for iOS is built on top of the system browser).
In order to allow cookies on another site, before I could access it, they suggested I go through firefox>options. I could not find that, How do I navigate from Firefox to firefox>options?

Hi Travelergail, which version of Firefox are you using to access the site?
Firefox > Options is an old menu path from the Windows version of Firefox 4 through Firefox 28. I suggest skipping the proposed changes and trying the site to see whether it works -- unless there's a risk of losing money that way.
