new incoming email wont highlight in inbox
new incoming emails do not highlight in bold in inboxes - sometimes only the most recent highlights but mostly non highlight. I have tried making amendments in the option/display tab but this doesn't solve the problem.

This sometimes happens because the folder index has become corrupted and needs to be rebuilt. Right-click on the folder affected and select Properties from the drop-down menu. Then on the General tab click the 'repair folder' button.
I've tried clicking on the 'repair folder' button in properties the problem still remains.
