thank you for following up. unfortunately those crashes appear to be caused by trusteer rapport which is running on your device and hooking into firefox - please check that you are fully updated there or temporarily disable/uninstall that software for the moment.

please also get in contact with trusteer's support which are usually very quick to respond and fix issues like this: https://trusteer.secure.force.com/PKB/articles/en_US/FAQ/browser-crashes

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

Can you give a try to deleting the extra older version of Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0 as you have both older and the latest listed in your plugins delete from Programs & Features or (as have done away with Win10 menus use File Explorer and copy/paste to the url/address bar Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features of course that's provided you have it ticked in file options... or use Flash Uninstaller and then check that both have been uninstalled by using https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Registry cleaner if use one Reboot and download a new ver 20 installer http://www.adobe.com/sea/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

This should be done regardless.

This happens in case when you close too many tabs simultaneously when browsing and then you try to open firefox and this leads to crash.
