I want to store mail on my synology NAS (a central location) and be able to access mail from multiple PCs on my network. I want to use POP on my third party mail server and download the mail items to a central location; my NAS. I am planning to access mail from one pc at a time so there should be no conflicts to resolve. Is this possible to achieve? Thanks, Nick

When accessing the same account from multiple devices the IMAP protocol usually is the better choice. Having all PCs access the same profile on the NAS should be possible, however it's not something I'd do. If you screw up on one computer, ultimately all of them are screwed. With IMAP email is synced across all computers.
