Why has my Firefox window to open Outlook disappeared and I'm getting a Microsoft window and I'm having to key in everything?

Just this week I suddenly am getting a different window to sign in to Outlook. It's a Microsoft window. In the past I could enter the first letter of my email and it would pop up. Now I have to enter it every time. It seems that Microsoft is taking over my Mozilla browser.

The Hotmail/Live Mail/Outlook website is gradually changing for all users. You may notice the address of your mailbox has changed from mail.live.com to outlook.live.com.

If you start here:

https://outlook.live.com/owa/

Does Microsoft show a "two box" login page that Firefox can fill in? It's possible something has changed in the page that will require you to remove the old login and save it again, but since I don't let Firefox remember that particular password, I haven't tested it myself.
