I often go to my bank, First Tech Fed CU but there is a website being sold named very similar and though I never go to it on purpose and I have tried to delete it using your suggested routine, your suggestion does not work. I hit delete with it highlighted and all that is deleted is a letter on the Awesome Line. I am a donor to Mozilla because I love what you stand for. I do NOT want to accidentally go to any of these false sites. Please show a way to delete this from ever showing up again.

Thank you, David

hi david, please be sure to press the dedicated delete key (should be labelled "del" or "delete") on your keyboard, and not the backspace button...

hi david, i've received your PM. could you try to press ctrl+shift+h in order to bring up the history section of your library, search for this mistaken domain & right-click on a search result and then "forget" about the wrong site? maybe this can help as well...
