Since I did a recovery on my windows 10 ops today, trying to get back my bookmarks, I now cannot open my email folders, including the junk mail folder that I keep an eye on, as sometimes stuff that is not junk is put there. How can I open or unlock those folders?

You will have to contact your e-mail provider for help.

Or are you talking about Thunderbird?
