How to see your full browsing history, rather than just the last 7 days of it?

I need this as a last straw for finding a source on my scientific paper. I am quite sure I didnt delete the browsing history yet, so it should still be there.

The only place I can see anything about browsing history is at the newtab-page. So I swipe over there, and it only shows the websites from my last 7 days. But I visited that website a month ago. I think the question is pretty straightforward, hope you can help me.

It may not be stored.

The only thing to try would be to use the address bar to search for the name of the paper or the domain that the paper was listed on.
