Matt answered somebody else here about importing, said to install V17 of Thunderbird. I did so, and told it to import everything.

I got all the contacts and a few empty folders that make no sense to me (Conversation Action Settings (This computer only), Quick Step Settings (This stupid outlook only)). The import made a folder called Outbox, but is also empty.

The Sync Issues folder actually has the messages from Outlook in it.

How do I get all the emails from Outlook (Inbox and Sent) into Thunderbird?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Sent emails did import, spread between my Sent Items and Sent Messages folders, but I didn't get my Inbox from Outlook.....

what can I say, outlook import is broken... making posts about it will not help at all. The fact outlook did not provide any email for the inbox is nothing we can do anything about. Outlook did not provide it.

It is a long time since I did anything outlook, but I though it created an outlook import folder in the local folders and populated than with emails.
