I want to ask a question on the phone so that I can solve the problem more easily than doing it online
I recently tried to make my computer to run faster. In the process I lost the ability to access my contacts on google and facebook.
Because I used your software to make it run faster I want you to contact me by phone or give me a phone number to fix this problem.
The error that I get, not verbatim, is that mozzila will not connect me to the site because it is not secure.
As I said before I am not going to do this online. This should not have happened to begin with and I want you to remedy this.

Mozilla does not have the resources to have call centers for free one on one phone, chat, or email support for desktop Firefox and other Mozilla product/projects they make.. Mozilla never did have phone support. There was however a volunteer chat system for a while up till a few years ago.
Firefox is a web browser, a web browser is not used to make your computer run faster.
I paid someone to put Mozilla on the computer and they no longer in business. So I guess I am out of luck if I want human interaction that does not cost anything.
all the people you're interacting with here on the forum are human & offer their help without any charge. please follow the steps in the article that john99 posted, as they contain the most common cures for the issue...
