There are references to FFmpeg in the crash report (FFmpegH264Decoder.cpp) as you can see if you inspect the report.
Make sure you have the latest GStreamer and FFmpeg updates from the repositories.
You can try to disable some media prefs (media.*enabled => false) to see if that has effect. You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
Thank you for your quick answer.
I have checked the version of my Gstreamer and all files are in 0.10. I suppose it is due to I am in Ubuntu 12.04. Should I force install a Gstreamer version 1.0 (that I know it exists but I think it is not for my system)? Please let me know how, in positive case.
I have also disabled some media prefs in about:config. I'm testing now and I will tell you the results as soon as some "heavy" usage of the browser is done.
Thank you again.
New crash, with the recent tweaks applied -> Crash ID: bp-9cc016ec-2e85-42dd-8377-75d632160426 I'm pretty sure the reason of the crash were desktop notifications in https://web.telegram.org/ Hope it helps to debug the problem... :( Thank you.
Modified
Updated to version 46. No progress. Still crashing. Now with a PDF preview and then just when opening a new tab...
I see no future :(
And 46.0.1... Still crashing. Anyone with an idea or solution? Thx :)
