Firefox constantly crashes, on my Windows 10, 64-bit PC. It crashed constantly, usually within the first 5-15 minutes of a browsing session, with Firefox 45.0.2, and continues to do so even after I have upgraded to 46. It also crashes with the same regularity even after I restart it in safe mode. Crash report number is:

That could a problem with Trusteer software (RapportTanzanxx.DLL). Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.

  • Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport

Mac:System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport

You can contact Trusteer for support.
