I had a problem with internet explorer and it was suggested use Mozilla firefox. I downloaded it just yesterday, but I cannot open my hotmail. When I try...it comes up with a dialogue box that says:

The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Talked to a tech person with my cable company Shaw and they walked me through this procedure. Unfortunately still no Hotmail.
