I have been using Thunderbird since my Windows live mail crashed and I also set up a gmail account. My server is GFI webmail. All of them have the same user name and password none of them got the message you told me you sent to any account with the name I gave you. Today I was trying to recover Microsoft Word 16 which I signed up for because my word starter edition failed and my power failed but putting all that aside why aren't the messages from Thunderbird showing up at the other accounts as you told me they would be. How do I get my mail back?

Ok this makes no sense to me at all. So I think some clarification is required.

Why would we be sending you an email? We don't issues passwords or do password resets for mail.

Likewise I don't understand about what a mail from Microsoft has to do with this. I suggest you use a browser to look in your GFI account for that item. It might be in their spam folder.
