Thunderbird v.45.1 kept crashing after I upgraded to Windows 10 so I decided to use my Revo Uninstaller software to remove it & try to install v.45.0 which i thought might be more stable. Unfortunately, the uninstalled files weren't saved in the Recycle Bin so I lost my contacts & all my saved folders & settings. I have restored the uninstalled Thunderbird from my Acronis back up from yesterday but I can't figure out how to reinstall everything. I installed the Thunderbird.exe file but it didn't install everything else so it's as if I was starting with a brand new installation. How can I restore everything so I'm back with my contacts, folders, etc.?

Chosen solution

Did your uninstaller/backup include the files under

Users\{your user account}\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird

which is where your settings, address books and old messages are stored.
