more options

I tried to download a game on my laptop, the no scripts would not allow me to. Now when I try to log into the web, the screen is full the the no scripts with the address of the game I tried to download. I cannot delete the message off my screen and it will not take me to the web. I can open a new tab to get to the web although.

Are you referring to the NoScript extension? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/

Please provide a screenshot of the message on your screen.

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
