The reset password link takes longer than an hour to appear in my mailbox, so it expires by the time I try to set a new password.

I can't remember my old password, and I can't reset my password because the link takes too long to receive. I've tried this on two separate occasions, and both times Mozilla consistently sends the link late.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Thank you for your response. To identify this as a possible cause for the time delay in password reset emails, I switched from my work desktop (which has the LabView plugins) to my personal laptop, which does not have LabView.

The LabView plugins definitely make no difference, as I get the same email delay with my personal laptop.

Contact your e-mail provider and talk to them.

The next time you call for a reset; Open your inbox and look for the message. If it is not there, close the browser. Wait 5 minutes, then open the inbox again. Repeat.
