I downloaded ff 64 bit but ff 32 bit won't uninstall from apps and features or control panel how do I force uninstall the 32 bit or how do I leave it and use 64
how do I force 32 bit to uninstall? or can I switch back and forth from 32 bit to 64 bit

Further to this article I would recommend:
- Important - Make a backup of your Firefox profile (details in the article above)
- Download the installer for Firefox for the version you wish to use.
- Uninstall Firefox, and delete your Firefox profile
- Install Firefox 64 using the installer you downloaded
- Move your profile across (details in the article linked above)

You should consider keeping Firefox 32-bit if you need the Java Plugin that I see you have installed. The Win 64-bit version only supports the Flash and Silverlight Plugins.
If you would like to install the Win 64-bit version while keeping the 32-bit version, let us know and "we" can help guide you to do that.
