Further to this article I would recommend:

  1. Important - Make a backup of your Firefox profile (details in the article above)
  2. Download the installer for Firefox for the version you wish to use.
  3. Uninstall Firefox, and delete your Firefox profile
  4. Install Firefox 64 using the installer you downloaded
  5. Move your profile across (details in the article linked above)

You should consider keeping Firefox 32-bit if you need the Java Plugin that I see you have installed. The Win 64-bit version only supports the Flash and Silverlight Plugins.

If you would like to install the Win 64-bit version while keeping the 32-bit version, let us know and "we" can help guide you to do that.
