When I try open up Firefox I get a warning box that states my account and Firefox browser has beeb blocked by CenturyLink due to suspicious activity! It'e telling me to call CenturyLink support and gives a toll-free number to call to find the right solution. In an additional box they are requiring authentication asking for my user name and password. Is this a scam?...should I call the Century Link number? The problem is even when I close down FireFox, remove it from my computer and reboot, the prompt comes up and I can't get on FireFox. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help you might have.

Maybe your computer is infected by a malware, see: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware

In addition, you should consider a reset of your current profile to keep only private data: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-to-fix-most-problems
