check that "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar

if "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the Customize palette to the Customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar

This is the answer to my question, found in *six* articles. But I 1) do *not* have a "Bookmarks Toolbar Items"; 2) do not know how to "check" that it " is on the Bookmarks Toolbar"; 3) do not see it in the " Customize palette" (not sure what that is); 4) do not know what the "Customize window" is; and 5) do not know where my Bookmarks Toolbar is, since that is the original problem, so I am unable to drag anything to it.

Could someone give *specific* instructions on how to do this that defines all of these terms? Thanks.

Hi, to see the bookmarks bar, right click in the tab bar (but not on a tab) and tick/check Bookmarks Toolbar.

Also see - Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window.

And - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
