Are there Tools to Help Organize Bookmarks???

I'm having a hard time organizing my bookmarks.

I have severe rsi and coordination issues. Moving bookmarks, adding tags in the bookmark list, etc. requires switching between mouse [to select each bookmark] and keyboard [to add the tags], and between the main window and the bookmark window. I can use the mouse to select several bookmarks for bulk editing, at least.

I keep accidentally opening bookmarks when I'm trying to edit them.

I can use the keyboard to select one bookmark, but if I hit return, it opens it instead of letting me edit it. I can't use the kwyboard without constantly switching between keyboard and mouse.

Thanks. I've never found a good way to search the add-ons available, or the questions here. (I use Advanced Search, and a lot of +term, but it doesn't really work.)

I think the first one might work for my needs, except that it uses tooltips and I have a sensitivity to flashing and animation so I need to avoid tooltips.

I am looking for others, except that the gorram add-ons page uses tooltips and I have a sensitivity to flashing lights and animation so I need to avoid tooltips...
