Hi! In short terms I always have to delete the cookies of OneNote when the addon stops working. And I don't understand exactly why's that.

In long terms I posted all the details here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-onenote/onenote-clipper-addon-for-firefox/66191085-d659-4359-a866-2b2cd97a177b but wasn't really helpful.

Could you help me please? Or redirect me wherever I could find the solution for my problem?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

Add-ons for the Firefox browser are developed and supported by a large community of independent developers.

The developer for the add-on that you are using will be able to help fix or provide guidance on the issue that you are having.

Thanks for answering! But who are the developers for this addon? I searched for the website to download the addon for firefox and the only I've got is the one from https://www.onenote.com/clipper

If that's the developer, there I came from with this post http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-onenote/onenote-clipper-addon-for-firefox/66191085-d659-4359-a866-2b2cd97a177b

Could you give me any more suggestion, please? Thanks!
