In Thunderbird anytime there is a message with a hyperlink , nothing happens when I click on it. My browser is Chrome. When I go to Preferences in Thunderbird, the default search engine choices are Bing and Yahoo. Do I have to download one of them to be able to open a hyperlink in Thunderbird?

Technically this is a browser issue not a Thunderbird issue. Read through the following to double check.
