I am not sure if this is a Firefox related question. You are mentioning when you start your computer and when you open mail.

Someone asked a similar question recently, and we were rather concerned in case it was a phishing site or malware problem

  • How do I set up an administrator? /questions/1134400 I am told by my bank that I must sign in as administrator. How do I do that?

Perhaps you could give more information and a screenshot

Remember though that this forum question is on a public website.

If it is a Windows question consider asking somewhere like sevenforums.com
