My chosen font works in other browsers but not in Firefox.

The font I have chosen for my website looks fine in Safari and Chrome but the fonts don't load at all in Firefox. We have tried different versions of the font as well as change the name to be without underscore. We have checked forums for tips but nothing works. What else can be done? Any ideas? Thanks so much.
