Hi, doing nothing specific and sometimes nothing, Firefox crashes very often since this morning. In each crash the same reason: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_EXEC with the same crash addresss: 0xffffffffa474336b. I have no idea on how to diagnose. any help welcomes JD

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Hi, thank you for your answers, I saw those messages concerning trusteer rapport. Howeever I am running Firefox 48.02 and the last version of rapport (Emerald Build 1609.100) I will try disabling rapport for a while Rgds JD

Hi after disabling Truster rapport, Firefox ran 3 hours without any crash. Startind again Trusteer rapport Firefox ran only 3 minutes before crqhing again. Is the solution on IBM or Mozilla side? Rgds JD
