Tab focus changes with javascript alert

more options

I regularly use a site that will produce a javascript pop-up to alert me when a change has been made. In FF 48, I was receiving a little indicator on that tab rather than a violent shift to it. However, there was a checkbox to change the default back to that violent shift of focus. I accidentally clicked that checkbox and now it's gone. How do I reset my Javascript settings so that I can work as normal and attend to those tabs when I need?
