Not sure what triggered a recent change: either a Firefox update or a change to my IMAP server password. I used to see all my IMAP folders on Firefox - now I only see the standard folders: Inbox, Sent, Junk, Trash, Drafts. The folders still exist on the server, but don't show up on Firefox. All the folders are marked as "subscribed" on the server.
