Cannot open hyperlinks emailed from a particular source. All other sources work fine.

I get new jobs emailed from my company with a hyperlink in line. The hyperlink is supposed to link to the job in Sales Force. It is not an active link. The links are active from emails synced from my email URL to the native email program in Windows 10, but not in the ones that I open in Thunderbird.

I am just guessing, but from what you say, I am guessing that they are not true hyperlinks, but javascrip applets. Thunderbird blocks all scripting for security reasons. You do not have to protect against things that can not run all by themselves
