You tube clips are stalling and freezing erratically and controls are not working. Sound plays but video is often delayed - why is this?

I have a PC using windos vista business, never had a problem with it using fire fox until very recently when You tube will now not play properly. Grateful for any assistance. Regards Richard

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
