Chosen solution

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0

You appear to be using a Win64 version of Firefox as only the 64-bit Flash Player and Silverlight Plugins are white listed to run in 64-bit Firefox on Windows. If you want to run other Plugins in Firefox on WIndows you need 32-bit Firefox and 32-bit Plugins.

Also do you actually need the Java Plugin for anything as a lot of times people think they need it for JavaScript to work or for something else to work like videos.
