Will logins.json replace itself if I delete it?

Thunderbird has file "logins.json.corrupt" presumably from recent CryptoLocker (have formatted hard drive & re-installed my Thunderbird profile). Can I just delete it, or will that cause a problem in Thunderbird? I don't save passwords on Thunderbird.
