E S I Corporation says Version 34.0 is much compatible than 50.1.0
I am using Mozilla Firefox v 50.1.0 for doing the E S I Corporation web site for various application. After Registering an employees details I have to update certain details subsequently. On opening the menu Update, there is some radio buttons to make the necessary changes such Change details of Dispensary, Personal, Address, Name of Nominee, Family members & Adhar Number etc. When clicking the radio button it does not select or opening at all to make a desired change against the employee details. The E S I Corporation authority says that the Firefox version 34.0 is much compatible to this application than my version 50.1.0. Anybody have an idea as to why I should go for an older version since the new version is naturally improved features than the older one and why such situation arises so that I delete the new version for the older one. Whether I should work with 2 computers using different Firefox versions.
With Regards, Gopalan

No, don't use an older version web browser that hasn't been updated in years.
http://esicorp.net/ = that is an older website which should be updated to be compatible with modern browsers that make used of newer HTML5 features. Is that the website you use?
IMO, if you need to use that website for adding or changing personal information, I would be concerned about the security of user data that is being input and stored by that organization. Modern websites have switched to HTML5 standards and many have been switching to full encryption by HTTPS in the last couple years for all pages, not just for only the webpages that required login input, but rather the entire website uses point to point encryption. With the advent of "mobile" devices, smart phones and laptops that connect via WiFi to the internet, it is easy for some nefaroius person to intercept a non-encrypted connection and "eavesdrop" on what another person is doing on their device.
As far as using two versions of Firefox - an older one and the current version - that is possible, but can be quite complicated to get set up initially, and a bit more complicated to use.
My advice is to use an older Firefox Portable version from PortableApps.com and install it you your computer. That's how I handle that type of website; I use Firefox Portable 41.0.1 for one of my favorite websites - but not for financial or personal data "transactions".
Here is Firefox Portable 34.0.5: https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Mozilla%20Firefox%2C%20Portable%20Ed./Mozilla%20Firefox%2C%20Portable%20Edition%2034.0.5/
It will install completely independent of any other version of Firefox you have installed. And you will need to close any other version of Firefox you may have installed; if you try to launch Firefox Portable it wonlt open and you'll get a message that "Firefox is already running". Without using a complicated "trick" only one version of Firefox can be running at any one time.
But the bottom line is that website needs to be fixed for best user security using the latest, most up-to-date web browser.
