Dear Sir / Madam,

We have a problem with our email in Mozilla. We can not see the email correspondence with one client in our send items. If we look for the email we can find it but we can see all kind of red icons (forbidden sign) marked on this email. This might be the problem why we can not find the send mails to this client in the send items. In the picture you can see the red logo's. We do not know the meaning of this red logo and how we can remove it on this emails. Can you help us?
