Tried that first, also went to settings advance tab and tried to set up exceptions, nothing. Had Norton try to verify Certificate, nothing, so remains blocked. But now master Key symbol with / in red, telling me basic sites like fox news is also not secure and connection Not Encrypted.

Beyond my understanding and I taught coding for 23 years, guess I going brain dead.
