Why does Tbird show all recipients in sent message when they have all been clearly "bbc" labeled before sending message?

I have used the bcc feature to conceal other recipients from seeing who else is receiving a private message. Now it clearly shows that even though it shows that the bcc feature was used that all recipients have seen who else the message was sent to. Don't see an instruction to correct this. Can you help? Thank you

See the last paragraph here about why the message in your Sent folder may not necessarily indicate the addresses are exposed to all the recipients.

Also, there was a recent discussion about outlook.com/hotmail accounts in TB not allowing BCC, although it worked from the outlook.com website.
