I somehow lost my Thunderbird master password many months ago, and due to the time element I cannot remember my access password. The master password is not in the reset function of Thunderbird. I have been using access to my Thunderbird account via TalkTalk but that now has been lost to me.

Can you please advise on how to access my account via a new master password and allow my to create a new access [assword so that I can reuse Thunderbird. Thank You

The email I have given for responses is my daughters. My mobile number, if more convenient is 07919191053. My home number is UK 01684 578228. My name is Richard.

1. There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Email providers issue accounts and addresses. It sounds like Talk Talk is your provider.

2. No one is going to call you. Posting personal info in a public forum is not wise.

3. This article tells you how to reset a forgotten Master Password. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/protect-your-thunderbird-passwords-master-password

The forum tells me that another volunteer is currently working on your problem. I'd like to say that you really ought not post personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses to a public forum such as this. I suggest you edit your posting ASAP and remove these items.
