I have the latest Firefox, according to upgrades that automatically are installed. How do I get it to allow ID Vault and One Click Login to be installed? These are part of my security program from Identity Guard.

What's happening when you try to install them?

My guess would be that the first step is to install the Comcast/Norton package on the system, and then the installer would add those items to the Windows Registry where Firefox checks for new add-ons, and Firefox then should ask whether you want to enable them (probably not until the next startup).

But if you need to download extensions directly into Firefox, then Firefox should drop a panel from the left end of the address bar saying you need to give Comcast's site permission to install the extension. Do you get that far?

Note that ID Vault shows as disabled in the System Details list. This means that the extension is installed. What happens if you click the Enable button in "about:addons > extensions" ?
