An mweb address in South Africa keeps sending my emails back!
Email to johnhefer@mweb.co,za and alisonhefer@mweb.co.za keep being returned to us. For years we have used these addresses with no problem but for the past weeks they are being returned to us - say they are blacklisted. Please will you unblock these email addresses. Thank you for your help.

Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. It does not have the ability to block anything. I am sure that the error also tells you do contact your Internet Service Provider or email provider. I suggest you start there.
