I set "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc." in my plugins to "Never Activate" and certain sites won't play content now (ex. Netflix). I tried to go back and activate it again, but Google Widevine is now completely gone from the plugins and I can't find it by searching for it, so I have no way of activating it.

Try to toggle DRM support off/on in "Options/Preferences > Content" (about:preferences#content).
