I find the Norton Safe Search very limited in its browsing capabilities. I tried uninstalling Firefox and installing a new version but somehow Norton Safe Search showed up again!

Chosen solution

Follow steps below:

-> Go to Firefox Menu (icon with three horizontal bars under the close button). -> Select Add-ons (new tab opens) -> Go to Extensions -> Click the Disable button for the Norton Toolbar entry -> Restart Firefox

Thank you so much! Nortons Safe search is a good idea but the search engine is not developed enough for release to the masses! I own 2 websites, now approved by Norton but their search engines still cant find them. Very frustrating. What else is Safe Search not able to find?

You don't have to use Norton Safe Search. Firefox comes with many search engines. You can use any of them.
