browser.tabs.warnOnClose is set to true.

Any way to fix it with some hidden options or an addon? To make it show a confirmation dialog, like when closing a normal window with multiple tabs, while having open another normal window.

I think you would need an extension, although I'm not aware of one. You could search here:

You are only closing a PM mode Firefox window, but do not close/exit Firefox?

What other windows are still open (normal or PB mode)?

If I have a normal window open and a private window with multiple tabs, closing the private window doesn't open a confirmation dialog, like the one when closing a normal window with multiple tabs open.
