Getting error message 'The procedure entry point MOZ_CrashOOL could not be located in the dynamic link library. If I say Okay to that, it gives me the message 'Couldn't load XPCOM.' I copied all the files, uninstalled, but it will not download again from the website.

Start Windows in safe mode. Delete the directory Mozilla Thunderbird in %ProgramFiles(x86)% Restart Windows Redownload and reinstall Thunderbird from http://getthunderbird.com/
