I use Thunderbird to manage multiple multiple email accounts. A couple of the account passwords were changed and when Thunderbird starts of performs send/receive there Login Failed - new password popup windows to enter the new passwords, but the popup windows do not show which email accounts they are asking for. How do you determine which account is for which pop up window?

Too many unsuccessful attempts results in email provider security issues.

So you are saying that all these accounts have the same server name?

I would suggest the easiest way is click the down arrow beside the get messages button on the toolbar, select one account instead of all. Then you will know exactly which is asking for a password.

That worked, thank you. I would like to submit this as a product enhancement suggestion to include the account name with the error message (above picture).

Thanks!
