Both users are using the current version of Firefox, and the same computer. The "normal" user has the Norton toolbar installed and working fine. The Administrator user gets a message saying the Norton toolbar is not signed, or not verified, and has been disabled. I have run live update until there are no more updates to be downloaded, I cannot remove the add-on and reinstall it, it just sits there and leaves me at the mercy of the internet.

I would suggest going here https://community.norton.com/forums/norton-security to the Norton Forum to deal with this. hey have had other issues with other versions of Firefox.

As a Forum Member there I suggest this and as a former Norton Beta Tester and a Norton Product user this possibly would be the best route.

If do not get the help you need feel free to return but I know others will tell you to remove it. Which may have to be done to fix the issue. So any way please check out the forum their, you will be in good hands.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
