Hello. I have a problem with audio playback. For example, when I open a link to Youtube video. First all is normal. If I press the pause and then press play, the sound will completely disappear, while the video is OK. This problem can also occur immediately, and I need to update the link-page (F5) to start the audio playback (along with the video, which is all right). This problem also occurs with the coub-video. I really like Firefox and I want to solve this problem. To check the problem I installed a different browser, and there is no such problem. What should I do? I've never found a similar problem anywhere.

Suggest you check for updated Audio Drivers or Suite first as that may be the issue and to reinstall/upgrade them first.

You could try this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/html5-audio-and-video-firefox followed by https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration TRY WITH NO ACCELERATION

Is it possible Adblock and other extensions are causing the issue ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
